Law Firm Seeks Experienced Real Estate and Land Use Paralegal or Senior Paralegal

Responsibilities Include:
Land Use
- Conduct research and prepare land use applications - Assist with initial strategies and site aggregation - Prepare for presentations and hearings
Organize and Manage Business Entities
- Organize various business entities and file necessary documents - Assist with securities filings - Coordinate signatures and prepare organizational documents - Maintain and organize corporate record books - Prepare and file annual reports
Acquisitions/Dispositions
- Ensure contractual compliance and prepare closing documents - Assist with real estate due diligence and draft title objection letters - Manage escrows and records
Finance Transactions
- Assist with financing transactions and review loan documents - Prepare UCC financing statements and amendments - Handle closing and post-closing obligations
Leasing
- Prepare letters of intent and term sheets - Draft and revise leases, subleases, and license agreements
Condominiums/Planned Communities
- Assist with preparation of condominium documents and obtaining approval - Review and revise planned community and condominium documents
